The
LBD Back Binder
Whether restraining hands
behind the back or a full hog tie, the back binder allows for comfort
and security.
Not all behind the back wrist binding equipment
is created equal. The LBD Back Binder is made up of two parts, a
soft but strong leather back strap that rests along the center of
the back and a flexible leather binding strap that wraps around
the shoulders like a back pack. Unlike some equipment which attaches
the wrist to a collar the LBD Back Binder design allows the binding
of the hands behind the back without putting stress on the neck.
This prevents the weight of the arms from pulling on the throat
and distributes the weight evenly across the shoulders. Solid D-rings
run along the length and act as an attachment point for the binding
strap, as well as a place to attach a pair of wrist or ankle cuffs.
D-rings are positioned 2" apart and allow for a better and
more easily adjustable fit. The Back
Binder can be used with the arms attached behind the back allowing
for the bottom to walk around or with wrists and ankles attached
for a hog tie.

When used in conjunction with the LBD
Bondage Straps the Back Binder can be used as a harness. Bondage
straps fit between the D-Rings of the LBD Back Binder and allow
for more restrictive bondage than that of the Back Binder alone.

Like all LBD equipment the Back Binder is
made of high quality leather and top grade hardware. Our Back Binders
are designed to match LBD cuffs and have the traditional LBD design
of a thin strap on top of a wider pad. The wider "pad"
is made of thin, pliable, high-quality black leather with finished
edges. The top strap is made of a heavier grade of leather for increased
strength, and is available in a variety of colors.
Back Binder specs:
The back strap itself is available in three sizes. Small (17"
long), Medium (23" long), and Large (28" long). Both styles
have D-rings spaced every 2" to allow flexibility in the attachment
of the cuffs as well as the shoulder strap. The pad is 1 ¼"
wide with a ¾" wide top strap.
The binding strap is available in several
lengths 36", 42", 48",50", 53", 57",
60", 63", 66", 70"and 72". This measurement
can be taken by measuring the distance from the center of the back
between the shoulder blades, under the left arm, up around the back
of the neck, and then back under the right arm to the center of
the back.
Note: When deciding which Back Binder length
to purchase you should consider three things.
- 1. the length of the bottom's torso
- 2. the flexibility of the bottom
- 3. how you intend to use the Back Binder
If you want to use the Back Binder for just
attachment of the wrists behind the back then just consider the
length of the bottom's torso. If you want to be able to use the
Back Binder as a harness with the LBD Bondage Straps or for hog
ties then you may want to purchase a Back Binder that is longer
than what would simply accommodate the wrists behind the back. Longer
Back Binders allow for use of the Bondage Straps further down the
body and easier attachment of the ankles for hog ties.
